Terms of service

Draft, not yet reviewed by legal counsel. This document describes how the service currently operates and is provided for transparency. It has not been reviewed by a qualified lawyer and should not be relied on as a binding agreement. If you need contractual terms before purchasing, email us and we will put proper terms in place.

Who provides the service

What the service is

NexaQora helps you prepare legacy HR data for migration to SAP SuccessFactors: it profiles data, suggests field mappings, validates records, proposes a load order and produces import files. It reduces manual effort; it does not guarantee an error-free migration, and you remain responsible for checking the results and for what you load into any system.

NexaQora is an independent product. It is not an SAP product and is not affiliated with SAP SE.

Your account and your data

You keep ownership of the data you upload and the files generated from it. You are responsible for having the right to process that data and for keeping your credentials secure. Do not upload real employee data to the free demo; use synthetic or masked data.

The free demo

The demo lasts 24 hours from verifying your email address, measured by our servers. After that, processing, new uploads and exports are disabled, previously generated reports stay readable for a short time, and demo data is deleted after the published retention period (currently 7 days after expiry). Demo output files are labelled DEMO and must not be loaded into a real tenant. The demo never connects to SAP.

Plans and payment

Production access is arranged directly with us. Online payment is not available yet, and prices are not published. We will agree plan limits and charges with you in writing before you pay anything.

Cancellation and retention

You can stop using the service at any time and ask us to delete your organization’s data. Backups are retained for a limited period and are overwritten on a schedule. Deleting a mapping or configuration never reverses data already loaded into SAP.

Acceptable use

Do not attempt to access another customer’s data, probe or disrupt the service, upload malware, or use the service for anything unlawful. We may suspend an account that does.

Availability

No uptime commitment is offered. The service may be unavailable for maintenance or for reasons outside our control.

Direct SAP connectivity

Loading to SAP through an API is optional, off by default and has only been tested against a mock service. Use it only after verifying it in a non-production tenant. You are responsible for authorising any connection and for the data written through it.

Intellectual property

The software, its design and its documentation belong to Madhusudan Kallur Purushothaman. SAP and SAP SuccessFactors are trademarks of SAP SE, used only to describe what the product works with.

Changes to these terms

We will update this page and its date when these terms change.
